Returns & Exchanges

Note: this policy only applies to online purchases. Merchandise purchased in store have a different return policy as specified on the purchase receipt.

If you are not completely satisfied —for any reason — you may return your item for a full refund within 7 days of receipt, as long as the merchandise is in its original unworn condition with price tag and has not been worked on by any other jeweler outside of Kingsmark Jewelers. You may also exchange the merchandise for full credit towards another purchase. *SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. See policy exceptions below.

Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. If the item is received in a damaged or defected condition, Kingsmark Jewelers will provide a pre-paid shipping label for return shipping.

To return or exchange your item, simply send us an email at kingsmarkjewelers@gmail.com. Let us know that you wish to return or exchange your order. Our representative will get in touch with you and provide you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once you receive the RA#, place your item in its original box and include everything that was included when you received it. Carefully and securely package it and take it to the nearest FedEx or UPS location. Insure your item for its full retail value, and simply mail it back to us registered mail. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Bank wires will be refunded by company check. IMPORTANT: Please do not ship any package to Kingsmark Jewelers without first obtaining a valid RA#, and insuring it for the total retail value. All Special Orders are non refundable and are Final Sale.
Any item which has been custom made or modified for the customer is known as a Special Order. This includes personalized jewelry, engraved items, eternity bands designer mountings. This also includes any chain/necklace, bracelet, or ring cut or sized for the customer. A Special Order is any item not currently "in stock" that is ordered or made per the customer’s request.
